On May 9th, between 5:02 and 5:19, approx. 6000 customers experienced "vehicle cannot be found" error during quoting, preventing them from parking. This event was triggered by a deployment that increased the traffic to the Profile Service. The Quote and Rate options traffic moved from 75% of calls to 100%. We are still investigating the root cause. To mitigate the impact, our team reduced the Quote and Rate Options migration calling profile service down to 50% from 100%.
Service has now been fully restored as of 5:19 TIME PST.
