Update -
On July 29, an update to our web channel introduced an issue that prevented some parking sessions from being communicated correctly to the DPT2 enforcement integration (T2 Platform). This only affected sessions originating from the web channel.
The issue was caused by our system not recognizing new event types generated by the updated financial infrastructure.
As of August 19 at 3:35 PM, the root cause has been fixed, and the DPT2 enforcement integration is now receiving all parking sessions as expected.
We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this.
